Consideraciones de la devolución:

📦 Condiciones para aceptar una devolución

• El artículo debe estar en perfectas condiciones, sin usar, con su etiquetado original y embalaje completo.

• Los zapatos deben devolverse con su caja original en buen estado.

• No se aceptan devoluciones de bisutería ni joyería por motivos de higiene.

• No se aceptarán devoluciones fuera de plazo ni sin los requisitos indicados.

Reembolsos

• El reembolso se realizará a través del mismo método de pago que utilizaste.

• Puede tardar entre 5 y 10 días laborables, dependiendo del banco o plataforma.

• El coste de devolución se descontará automáticamente del importe reembolsado.

• Si devuelves parte de tu pedido y este baja de los 50 € (mínimo para envío gratuito), se descontarán también los gastos de envío iniciales.
